Phillip Kohrmann

founder

It started one day 20 years ago… a birthday. Phil and his younger brother were filibustering with locals at a special hobby shop in Northern Virginia. Suddenly, a mighty Space Marine leapt forward laying a crushing blow on his Ork foe. Phil was smitten with the destruction he had laid upon his enemies, snickering to himself “I’ve found the grail!!”. From that point on, he was enthralled by it’s magical allure, and devoted himself to a lifelong pursuit of pain…ting.

With the assistance of many, somewhat vague and confusing, tomes and manuscripts, he continued to hone his skills. In 2015, he declared “By the Power of Greyskull! I have the power…. to open a studio!”. A year later he came upon an odd looking fellow, whose feet surprisingly resembled that of a hobbit. This fellow was named Valentin, and they would join forces, furry feet and all, to create Dark Bunny Creatives!

Valentin Melik

Founder

It was an average yet pleasant day, birds chirping, bees buzzing, bunnies… frolicking. The house was quiet, still. Emerging from his desk, a young hairy fellow was working away. As he continued, he whispered to himself “Yes… yessss” followed by maniacal laughter. He was consumed by what laid before him, a set of paints and his first set of Warhammer miniatures. You see this young fellow was not your average fellow, he was an artisan, a craftsman, a creator. With paintbrush in hand, he had the power to craft a new world, much like the film that would later inspire him.

A few years later, Valentin ventured off to Russia to attend a prestigious art school. While studying classical art, he began working on captivating paintings and mosaics. However, something still spurred inside of him, steering him back to his childhood. It ate away at him until he finally gave into it’s power, and began painting and building miniatures feverishly.

Now, Valentin combines his artistic prowess and film inspirations to create magnificent mini display board worlds.

Arnold Kovacs

Painter and Sculptor

Arnold first began wielding a brush as a wee lad when his friends became interested in a thing called “Warhammer”. After losing many a battle, he discovered he could win people’s hearts by painting; and so began his crusade. He traveled to many cities in the Great Land O’ Canada to vanquish his competitors at local painting competitions, until finally winning a Slayer Sword in 2009. Later applying his skills to showcase a number of Ninja Division’s core products including: Super Dungeon Explore, Ninja All-Stars and Relic Knights.

Since then, he has focused on sculpting, and is currently raising an army of clay minions to serve his diabolical plans.
